BRAINSTORM, our annual user conference, is going into its fourth year. It starts on Wednesday October 10^th, and ends Friday October 12^th. During the conference, we will have some periods where support hours will be affected, as we have fewer or no support available for phone/email support. However, we will always be monitoring our emergency email as usual.

The following times will have no support available:

Wednesday (Oct 10) – 5pm – 8pm

Thursday (Oct 11) – 8:30am – 10am; 12:15pm – 1:30pm; 5pm – 8pm

Friday (Oct 12) – 1pm – 4pm

All times are EST.

Our entire team is heavily involved with BRAINSTORM, so our general support response will be a little slower than usual during this time. All will be back to normal on Monday October 15^th.
