With the holidays right around the corner, many of our staff will be taking some well-earned time off this December. We will always have enough people in the office to support you during the holidays, but there will be a few adjustments to our regular support hours. If the date is not listed below, we will have our regular support hours, from 8:30 am – 8:00 pm EST:

Adjusted Support Hours

Thursday, December 17th – 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm (EST)

Our support team will be unavailable as they’ll be participating in our annual holiday party.

Wednesday, December 23rd – 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm (EST)

The office will close early at 6:00 pm (EST) for the holidays. 

Thursday, December 24th – Friday, December 25th

We will be closed in lieu of Boxing Day on the 24th, and for Christmas Day .

Thursday, December 31st – 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm (EST)

The office will close early at 5:00 pm (EST) for New Year’s Eve.

Friday, January 1st

The office will be closed for New Year’s Day.

Monday, January 4th Onward

Our office will resume regular working hours after January 4th.

If you are working on a specific item or project with someone from our team (a report with the Reporting team, your setup with Implementations, or an item with Technical Support) make sure you communicate the urgency with them, so we can get you what you need during the holidays.

As always, you can contact our emergency email during off-hours if necessary.
