Pricing and Support
The software may be purchased for a one-time price. It is yours, forever. There are 3 main modules:
Camper Registration System - includes everything needed to administer your camp (camper registration, financial, medical, transportation, staff, alumni, inquiries, cabin assignment and full reporting)
Outdoor and Conference Center - includes everything needed to administer your conference/retreat center (group information, accommodations, reservations, meals, financial, calendar, contracts and full reporting)
Donors - includes everything needed to administer your fundraising (donor profiles, contact management, donations, pledges, campaigns, funds, receipts and full reporting)
In addition, we offer 3 specialized add-ons for the Camper Registration System: activity scheduling (scheduling your campers, cabins/groups and staff into activities), camp store (tracking camper and staff purchases at the canteen/tuck shop), day camp transportation (coordinating daily bussing).
The purchase includes:
- Maintenance Plan: Unlimited technical support, product upgrades and 5 hrs of report customization time (if you want our assistance in changing/adding reports) for 1 year
- Initial set-up and configuration
- Access to the Member's Portal - user manuals, training videos, how-to documents, etc.
- Import of your existing data (additional charge)

We can put one form online or all of your forms: registration form, medical, activity preference, camper profile, transportation, waivers, staff applications, etc.
We charge a set fee for this service for the season/year. No per camper fees. You use your own credit card merchant account (money is deposited directly into your bank account).
If using our Management Software, data is fully integrated. If not using our Management Software, data is delivered in an xml file (which may be converted or imported into anything).
Our fee is based on the size and complexity of your solution as a whole. Please call for an estimate.
Management Software + Online Registration
Most customers choose this combined option. We will provide one price that includes everything (software purchase, online registration, maintenance plan, training) for Year 1 and a second price for subsequent years that includes online registration and the maintenance plan.
