There is one record for a person in CampBrain, yet they can interact with your organization in numerous ways (e.g. staff member, donor, board member). Therefore, there is no duplication issue. One database, one record. One place to change an address, phone number or e-mail.
Donors may be individuals, and can be part of a family unit, or companies.
You can “tag” your donors into an unlimited number of categories. This is an excellent way to generate targeted communication lists. For example, a donor record may be tagged as a board member, a newsletter recipient and a major donor.
Numerous custom fields allow you to customize the module to track information specific to your operational needs.
A fundraising profile provides a quick snapshot of the donor’s past history, including their largest, most recent and first donation as well as yearly totals.
Set certain parameters for your donors such as whether they want to remain anonymous or whether they prefer an annual receipt.
