Register a group into your facility including arrival and departure details, first and last meals, expected and actual numbers, agreed upon group rate, deposit amount due and date due, and any special requests.
Choose a billing contact and group leader from your list of contact people associated with that Organization.
Use the Group Status field to monitor the current status of that group’s visit. (e.g. Inquiry, Contract Sent, Contract Returned, Registered).
Several custom fields have been provided to record other information unique to your organization - these fields are easily renamed and used right away.
Organize and track the number of attendees in any form you want (e.g. adults, children, male, female, teachers, students, etc.).
Use the convenient “Rebook Group” feature to minimize data entry if the group is returning at a later date.
