View a month at a time or more - the calendar provides an excellent overview.
The groups within the calendar are color-coded to help you visually identify and separate different types of groups; for example, you can color-code based upon the groups’ status such as “registered”, “contract sent”, “inquiry” or you can color-code based upon the group type such as “school”, “retreat”, “environmental education”, “wedding”, etc. or you can color-code based upon your specific needs!!!
Click on a specific day and the right sidebar will display the groups onsite for that day as well as any booked accommodation and resources and it will display any AVAILABLE accommodation - that’s right, you can immediately identify which cabins/rooms/lodges are available on a given day.
Click on a specific group and the right sidebar will display all of the relevant details for that group including all of their meals, schedule, accommodation, etc.
You will not find a better tool to provide all information on a booked groups or to quickly identify if you have room for a prospective group.
Simply put, this is the calendar that you have been looking for and it is automatically filled in for you when you enter the group’s details on the other screens!
