Features:
- The CampBrain staff screen records a permanent address and a school address. The appropriate mailing labels are generated based on the dates under the school address.
- A staff member can be assigned more than one position, responsibility for a bunk or group and section. Staff may work for the entire summer or just specific sessions.
- Custom checkboxes can be used to indicate whether employment forms, health forms, etc., have been received. Custom fields with drop-down lists are handy for recording data such as staff shirt size, etc.
- Track staff certifications, awards and qualifications.
- Email staff contracts.
- Log all of your communication with staff.
- Use tags to record staff skills and/or work preferences.
- Page 2 of the staff module is password protected as it contains all the financial information.
- Download online staff applications directly into the module.
- Staff alumni are a natural extension of this module. The entire history of each staff person is maintained in the system.
- Volunteers are also tracked using this module.
- An excellent reporting system is also attached, allowing for detailed analysis, generating contracts, financial summaries, position lists, etc.
