Features:
- Records the camper’s name, grade, school, gender, birthday, and the camper’s age which is automatically calculated by CampBrain.
- Medical information, including health insurance number, doctor’s name, doctor’s phone number. Further medical information such as food allergies and medications is recorded in the medical module.
- Cabin/group, section and full registration details are displayed for reference purposes.
- Several user-defined fields can be used to record any camper-specific information and several yes/no check boxes can be used to ensure you have all of the necessary forms and releases from the camper; you can rename these fields.
- Note there is a second page for recording even more information such as behavior detail, cabin and group requests, director notes, etc.
- Automatically convert a camper to a staff or alumni; eliminate copying and pasting name and address information.
- View camper pictures in CampBrain or print on reports.
