Features:
- You can set CampBrain to automatically bill a camper upon registration. You can also bill manually, or use a combination of both.
- Add optional charges by choosing from a list of common charges, or create new charges by clicking “New Charge”.
- Configure the list of charges to reflect your exact needs. Add discounts, such as sibling discounts or early registration discounts.
- You can configure up to 3 taxes appropriate to your region or hide the tax columns if not applicable.
- Each camp has its financial information clearly identified so that you can print reports specific to the camp.
- You can access the billing screen by pressing Ctrl+G from the camper screen and you can use the Page Up and Page Down keys to scroll to other campers.
- This screen and all associated financial reports are password-protected.
- All charges have a specific accounting “category” associated with them to ensure appropriate accounting summarization. Monitor accounts receivable by session.
