Features:
- Camp Store records all camper and staff product purchases. Standard products are listed in the drop-down box – double-click on the item and it is automatically added to the individual’s account. Non-standard purchases are recorded through a pop-up screen where you may enter the product name, price, description, and applicable taxes.
- Invoices and account statements are automatically updated with Camp Store transactions.
- Camp Store has been designed with efficiency and ease-of-entry in mind. Keyboard shortcuts, drop-down lists, defaults and CampBrain’s standard search functions make transaction recording simple and quick.
- Deposits for product purchases received from campers prior to camp are automatically carried over from Camper Charges and displayed on the screen. The current balance (deposit less actual purchases) is also calculated and displayed.
- You can provide campers and their parents with a detailed list of transactions or just a summarized balance on the final statement of account.
- Camp Store categorizes all purchases to allow for detailed sales analysis.
- Is your store not networked or you would prefer to not have camp store staff in your main database? No problem. We have a utility that allows you to record camp store purchases in a separate database and then merge those transactions back into the main database.
