Splash imageSince 1994, we have provided dedicated support of CampBrain. We have courteous, well-trained staff prepared to handle all requests in a professional and efficient manner. All customers receive the same level of support.

At the Time of Purchase

When you purchase CampBrain, you may expect the following service:

Standard Checklist:
  • You will be required to complete our standard checklist, providing relevant information on your camp operations.
Software Configuration:
  • We use the checklist to configure the software for your camp. We set up your camps, sessions, fees and so on. We send the configured software to you and install it electronically on your computer. There is no additional charge. Of course, your sessions and fees will change - these are easily changed by you after the initial configuration.
Data transfer:
  • We will also import your existing data, if possible, into CampBrain. We can provide you with an estimate of time for this service. You may pay for this service separately at our hourly rate or deduct the time taken from your free 10 hours of technical support (see below).
Post Purchase

Once we have installed CampBrain, you may expect the following:

Free 10 Hours of Technical Support:
  • You have 10 hours of free technical support to be used within your first season (determined to be the period to September 30). Typically, camps use this time for report customization, training, data transfer and miscellaneous questions. If you exceed the 10 hours, you may immediately join the Annual Maintenance Plan or pay for technical support at an hourly rate. Historically, 80-85% of our camps have not exceeded their 10 hours in their first season.
Toll-Free Number:
  • Call us for technical support using our toll-free phone number.
User Manual:
  • We provide you with a comprehensive, up-to-date user manual for your reference purposes.
Online Member Portal:
  • You have access to our member portal filled with training materials, videos, best practices, how-to instructions, etc.
Dedicated Support:
  • We are available to respond to any of your requests when you need us. We have demonstrated consistent and reliable support over the past 15 years.
Annual Maintenance Plan:
  • At the end of your first season or your free 10 hours, we have an annual maintenance plan for you. For 18% of your purchase price (including all purchased modules and workstations), you receive unlimited technical support via phone/fax/e-mail, software upgrades, and a limited amount of report customization and development.
