Purchase Info | How to Purchase

Thank you for reviewing our website and our software.
The steps to purchase and implement the software are as follows:

1. Call us toll free 866-485-8885! We will need to discuss:

which modules you want to purchase (for more info click here)
what forms, if any, you would like to put online for customers to complete there
whether you want to transfer data from an existing system (for more info click here)

2. We will e-mail/fax a standard purchase contract (i.e. terms and conditions of purchase) and a standard configuration set-up checklist (i.e. details regarding your camp operation such as sessions, bunks, groups, fees, etc) to you.

3. Send the completed checklist information and existing data to us.

4. We configure the software and import the data.

5. We send a link to download the software.

6. You install the software in 20 minutes and begin to register your first camper or group immediately.

This process usually takes approximately 2-3 weeks once we have received your required information. If you are in a rush, let us know and we will expedite your order.
