- The final stage provides the customer with their confirmation – they can print it right away and it provides a great summary of everything that was done online.
- An email is automatically sent to the customer with attachments if applicable.
- You may also provide other supplementary forms or information (usually in pdf format) that you want customers to download; this can save the need for future mailings.
- You may also choose to inform the parent that their registration is not complete until they receive further confirmation from you - this information can be conveyed throughout the online process so the customer knows they are just completing an initial application.
- Once the customer has completed their process, it is available for download into your CampBrain management software.
- Click one button and it downloads all registrations completed since the last time you downloaded (done via a secure XML file).
- You do not re-enter anything – all information is mapped to the appropriate fields in the software.
