The final stage provides the customer with their confirmation – they can print it right away and it provides a great summary of everything that was done online (they also receive an e-mail)
You may also provide other supplementary forms or information (usually in pdf format) that you want customers to download
You may also choose to inform the parent that their registration is not complete until they receive further confirmation from you - this information can be conveyed throughout the online process so the customer knows they are just completing an initial application
Once the customer has completed their process, it is available for download into your CampBrain management software
Click one button and it downloads all registrations completed since the last time you downloaded (done via a secure XML file)
You do not re-enter anything – all information is mapped to the appropriate fields in the software
