Simplified Pricing Model Introduced
Wanting to make it easier for camps and conference and retreat centers to understand and calculate annual costs of ownership of CampBrain, a new pricing model has been introduced. Everything has been packaged into a single price:
- Required modules (e.g. camp store, scheduling, donors)
- Configuration and Setup
- Unlimited Support
- Upgrades
- Training
- Online Registration
After reviewing your needs with you, we will provide a single price for Year 1 and a single price for Year 2, the intent being the Year 2 price is indicative of the ongoing annual cost. Year 1 will be higher because it includes the purchase of our management software and initial setup services.
We understand that these costs need to fit your budget…for the long term, which is why we want to be upfront about the ongoing costs.
There are two key points to our pricing that should not be overlooked:
1. We do NOT charge per camper fees
2. We allow you to use the credit card merchant account of your choice. Therefore, your credit card fees will be closer to 2% than 3%!
