New Version Released
We are pleased to launch the latest service release of CampBrain (5.3). As always, we are committed to providing the most user-friendly, functional and advanced product on the market. Here is a brief summary of some of the enhancements:
- Discount Codes – establish codes to provide discounts to certain customers and the system will automatically adjust prices when the code is entered online; this feature will have wide-ranging benefits, e.g. member versus non-member prices, camp fair specials, special group pricing.
- Enhanced User Control– users have much more control over the online list of camps, sessions and prices now! Change prices, update descriptions and session names…all from CampBrain. We have also added a new “review” screen to the administration portal, that shows your online camps/sessions/prices with all criteria showing (e.g. early bird prices, age restrictions).
- New Payment Options – enhanced payment options for your customers including the ability to enter their own amount in the payment screen instead of just choosing a pre-established amount.
- Parent Accounts and Partially Completed Applications – advanced feature additions to provide the camp user with more control over these aspects of the system.
- Return-To-Pay Receipt – continued to provide enhanced functionality to those customers returning to pay online.
- Staff Overhaul – enhanced the staff history section; provided a brand new staff positions grid so everything is available in one screen and all editable in the same screen; added a new section for staff qualifications and certifications.
- Year End Process – significant enhancements made to the year end process to enable moving from registration period to the next to be more powerful and easy to use.
- Standard Reports – performed a comprehensive review of standard reports and client needs and added 50 new standard reports to the system; already known for outstanding reporting capabilities, this will take it to the next level.
