CampBrain Releases Version 4.11
CampBrain releases Version 4.11. Committed to constant improvement of the software, CampBrain has made some significant enhancements to the software. Generally, clients receive upgrades on a semi-annual basis to ensure they have the latest features and to ensure compatibility with the latest technology.
Some of the new features include:
Payment Allocation - Payment allocation represents a significant enhancement to CampBrain’s financial process. When payments are entered, the user sees a list of the charges for all of the campers in that family and is able to allocate the payment to specific charges. In fact, CampBrain will auto-allocate the payment and the user can revise the allocation if necessary. The results of this change will be dramatic in terms of reduced data entry time and increased financial reporting ability. In addition, the charges and payments screens will now display both the camper and the family charges, payments and balances owing.
Camper Registration Enhanced - We have made some great enhancements to the camper registration screen. Firstly, users may now specify age ranges and gender capacities for each of their sessions. CampBrain validates each camper that is registered to ensure they meet the criteria. If the camper does not meet the specifications, the user is notified and asked if they choose to proceed anyway. Secondly, with the increased functionality, we have provided the ability to choose which session criteria you wish to view on the registration screen. For example, if you are not concerned about age or gender requirements, then you may “hide” those columns, making your registration screen customized to your needs.
Enhanced Security - Security over the most sensitive data continues to be enhanced in various ways to ensure only the authorized personnel have access to that information.
Enhanced online registration download - In our third season with our online registration partner, infosnap, we continue to enhance the download capabilities of our importer module. Call us to discuss your online registration!
New Standard Reports - One of the greatest advantages of CampBrain remains the incredible reporting possibilities. We devoted much time and effort to enhance our standard report list. Standard reports represent the list of reports that are included in the software when it is first purchased. All of the reports are fully customizable and you can add as many new ones as you want.
