We know calendars are central to the management of your center. Our dashboard has 3 calendars (bookings, accommodations, resources) with multiple views (monthly, weekly, daily, timeline, agenda). In addition, you can use the iCal feed to automatically synchronize any of your existing calendars (e.g. MS Outlook, Google, iOS). Identifying whether you have the space, rooms and resources for prospective groups has never been easier!

We built a structured workflow within the system to make the process of registering groups easier and more transparent. Statuses are fully customizable. Stages are reflected on the calendars with different colors. One common tool to ensure your entire staff is on the same page for all bookings.

Similar to the importance of calendars, we put as much effort into ensuring you can see all of the details of a single booking in one screen. Sometimes, you want to see accommodations booked in addition to the charges for a group… in one view, no toggling. We built a “home base” for the booking and then gave you access to all of the group’s information in that base.

Configure and book your accommodations

Set up all your buildings and rooms, establish default check in and check out times and configure whether each one is to be used exclusively or if it can be shared with another group. Book the buildings and rooms right from the calendar view, ensuring no chance of double-booking! Customize check in, check out, exclusivity and make notes for each accommodation as needed. Give housekeeping access to the system or provide them with a beautiful daily report.

Climbing walls, ropes courses, meeting rooms, projectors… configure all your resources, define whether they may be shared or used exclusively and let the system monitor for any potential conflicts. Use the multiple calendar views to book the resources for your group quickly.

Fixed and variable charges, taxes, accounting categories, separate price lists for different purposes (e.g. weekday vs weekend rates, not-for profit), automated descriptions for invoices – we have you covered! Our pricing is simple + straightforward

  • We charge an annual subscription fee for the season/year. This can be paid in one payment or monthly payments.
  • We charge an implementation fee in the first season only.
  • Your cost is based on the modules required and the size and complexity of your operation. Call us for a proposal.
  • We do not charge per camper fees or per user fees.
