BRAINSTORM 2016, our user conference, starts this Wednesday evening and there will be a few disruptions to our usual support hours. During the following times, we will not have support staff available for the usual phone/email support:

Wednesday (Oct 26) – 5pm – 8pm

Thursday (Oct 27) – 8:30am – 10am; 12:15pm – 1:15pm; 5:30pm – 8pm

All times are EST.

Our whole team is heavily involved with this event so our general support staff levels will be a little lower than usual from Wednesday at 5pm  through Friday. Our responses may be a little slower than usual during this time as a result. All will be back to normal on Monday (Oct 31) morning.
